Lighted Trillium

Shot this large white trillium at Clifty Falls earlier this spring, the light coming over the canyon wall bathed the entire forest floor with beautiful light, enabling me to capture my subject in this wonderful position.

Out of the Darkness(Hepatica)

One of my first spring images, this wonderful little flower is one of the first to bloom each season, I shot this at Clifty Falls State Park near my home. It was one of the most prolific wildflower seasons we have had in awhile this is just one of the many flowers I was able to capture this spring.
